Does a new century's government need to approach problems differently the last century's? What's cool about Energize America, if I understand it, is that it decentralizes the solution, rather than just creating another assembly line program, and relies on local markets.
That's sort of a new argument for how you solve problems in an age where local people are so much more empowered. And I just think it's something people should talk about.
